It’s the time of year for New Year’s resolutions. Quitting smoking. Losing weight. Getting a better job. Making new friends. Travelling more. Learning a new language… The list can go on and on, and it tends to vary from person to person. While nearly half of all Americans make a list of New Year’s resolutions, the vast majority fail to maintain their new habits over the long-term. If you’ve dealt with this yearly cycle, there is a way to break out of this pattern and actually follow through on your resolutions. However, the most effective way is likely one that you haven’t tried before.
